Before your first class
The questions people actually ask before they show up.
I've never used a fitness trampoline. Will I be lost?+
No. Every class is built so beginners can follow along from the first minute. I demo each move two ways — a softer version and a sharper one. Pick whichever feels right today.
Is it hard on my knees or back?+
The rebounder absorbs most of the impact, which is the whole point. People who can't run comfortably usually find trampoline fitness much kinder on their joints.
What should I wear and bring?+
Supportive sneakers (not minimalist or socks), comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. A small towel helps. The studio provides the rebounders.
How early should I arrive?+
Ten minutes early for your first class — that gives us time to fit you to a rebounder and walk through the basics before we start.
Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes. Spots are limited by the number of rebounders. Reserve through the booking page or message me directly on Instagram.
Do you teach in English, French, or Portuguese?+
All three — class cues are usually a mix of English and French, and I'm happy to switch to Portuguese 1-on-1 if it helps.
